One fry—a particular fry, taller than the others, with a bent, crispy edge like a villainous mustache—stepped forward.
The leader.
It pointed a greasy limb at the Joker and screeched:
“IMPOSTER.”
Danny watched, horrified, as the Jokerized fries rushed the booth like a swarm of angry, ketchup-covered piranhas.
The Joker barely had time to say, “What the f—” before he was tackled under a wave of his own deep-fried doppelgängers.

“If that is how you choose to see it.”
Defeat was laced in his father’s voice, as he uttered “I accept” to the empty cave, his voice echoing throughout the desolate cave, his promise attenuating bit by bit until the emptiness of the cave consumed his words and solidified his promise.
Post S2 Finale, After the defeat of the Shredder, the Foot Clan is now under the leadership of Master Splinter, thanks to Foot Clan laws. Raph and Casey have to navigate their world being turned upside down once more, and the sudden, abrupt appearance of another group of turtles doesn't help matters all that much.
Update: 1/4/2023: This fic will be marked as complete for now, and the fic as it is now, should be a complete and satisfactory read with how much is already there and in a narrative sense. I'll return to this fic when I'm finally ready to keep going, don't feel as overwhelmed as I am right now, especially at the rate I've written in this fandom and battling burnout as hard as I am right now. Thanks for the support, and hopefully, you'll support me on my other fics that I'm still working on.

"Mikey here was just about to tell me what we could do to cheer Raph up while he's sick," Donnie says. "Mikey continue?"
Now that Mikey had both of his older brothers attention, he grins. "I was thinking we make strawberry cookies!" He does his jazz hands as he says this and is met with looks of something that he can only put as disapproval. "What?"
"You do know that everytime that we have tried to make it-" Donnie starts.
"We mess it up and Raph has to come in and save our butts from burning the cookies?" Leo finishes, "What would be different this time?"
Mikey huffs, "We are doing this so we can cheer him up and to prove that we can do something on our own!" he says, "That's what got Raph sick in the first place!"
Or rather, Raph gets sick after helping his brothers recover from the poisoned pizza puffs. Mikey, Donnie, and Leo take a shot at baking cookies for Raph while trying not to burn their kitchen down.
