Summary
Lance was the one that managed to win a full-ride scholarship to Garrison Galaxy School where he swore he would become the greatest pilot the world had ever seen. Leo didn’t care about the constant comparisons his parents berated him with. Leo loved Lance, he was his brother and his partner in everything. They took whatever life threw at them together.
Then Lance died and Leo was left guilty and neglected by his parents. Maybe, Lance could live on. Maybe, Leo could take his place at Garrison.
Leo hadn't meant for this to go on this long though, and a training exercise brings up old fears and memories.

Midoriya Izuku's father visits him after being absent for years and Izuku knows why. After finally learning how to be okay without a father that loves him Izuku is angry and hurt to he sees his father again by the entrance of UA waiting to talk to him.
He was sure the only reason his father came back was because of his quirk. And he was right. Izuku needed to get away.
Thankfully Todoroki didn't question him when Izuku asked if he could stay all night to get away from his father.

“Apparently,” Keith agrees. He looks back down at the paper, whistling. “You’re gonna have a hard time finding bad news bad enough to beat this, I think.”
Lance grimaces. He glances down at the bigger, fancier paper, then hands it to Keith.
“I really don’t think so.”
This paper is a lot easier for him to read — it would be hard for him to miss the giant ‘CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE’ printed in bold at the top of it.
“Oh, shit,” he says weakly. He glances at Lance’s hands. “I guess that explains why you’re wearing my dad’s ring.”
Lance stares at his left hand in horror, where, on his fourth finger, shines a red stone inlaid in heavy gold — Keith’s father’s ring, that he’s never once taken off his pinky in all the time Lance has known him.
“Fuck!” Lance exclaims, immediately taking it off to give back to Keith. He knows how much that ring means to him.
Only — the ring isn’t coming off.

Summary
Team Voltron is back on Earth. The Galra have been beaten back for now. The paladins are doing their part, helping restore the Earth, building human/alien relations and preparing for the next attack that inevitably will come.
But until then Lance is just glad to be back on Earth. To be with his family and finally have solid terra firma underfoot. It is the most peaceful it has been for the paladins in what feels like forever and intends to enjoy it while he can.
Now that things have calmed down though he's started noticing some odd things about their leader. Things he is positive he hadn't noticed about Keith before. Things that were distinctly... Galra.
At first, Lance thinks he's imagining it but eventually it becomes impossible to ignore... and even more impossible to deal with.

"And he's lucky too, now Lance has a chance with Allura. With Lotor out of the way, he has the field free."
Lance was about to reply when he noticed that three old ladies were sitting alone in a corner of the shopping center. It shouldn't have been strange, Lance had seen much stranger things since he became a paladin.
But the thing that he had immediately noticed was a long blue thread that the old ladies were holding in their hands, passing it between them.
A blue thread and gold scissors ready to cut it. It didn't take a genius to understand what it meant. Someone will die, and it was likely that it would be him.
