Summary
Alan is a retired police inspector in GreenWalley. He used to be a support worker for Omega victims. An Alpha who was supposed to provide victims of violence with a return to normal life. The trauma of leaving his job pushed him into the dark depths of his own existence. He has a problem with alcohol and coming to terms with the past. He lives like a hermit in the woods miles from the city and the main road.
Ray is a victim of the Omega trade. As a young boy, he is sold into the hands of gangsters who use Omegas to make money, in the most brutal ways.
Their paths cross. and although at first their cooperation will not be easy, over time it may bring unexpected results. And maybe even love.
