Summary
“Hello?” You call out, fear wavering your voice only slightly.
You push into your apartment, movements slow and deliberate. Your eyes shoot wide open when your gaze fixes to your couch and you see Alex sitting there. Alex Kralie.
He stares at you for a moment, and you stare right back.
You look around the apartment. Nobody else is here. Just him. Alone on your couch. A thousand questions are running through your mind, but the one you choose to ask first is a little interesting.
“How long have you been here?” You ask dumbly, eyeing Alex up.
He shifts on the couch and then slowly rises. His hand is in his pocket and he seems to be holding onto something, concealing it from your view. That’s real comforting.
“Just an hour this time.”

After a long day at work you come home to find the boy you used to have a crush on back in college, Alex, with a gun on your couch. Frightened, you call the cops to get him out of your apartment. But Alex isn’t having it and pulls a gun on you.
