Summary
[Time passes oddly. Between one second and the next, Sokka has the Fire Lord pinned to the wall with his hands around the bastard’s throat. Golden eyes (one gold eye, his mind whispers) widen in shock.
“Sokka?” he chokes out. And then he smiles.
What the fuck?
“Sokka, I—”
Sokka slams his head against the wall, once, twice, and the smile wipes off his face. Good.
“What,” Sokka bites out, “have you done to my sister?”]

An injury leaves Sokka with amnesia. His last memory is of the failed invasion, of leaving his father behind in enemy territory on the Day of Black Sun. Of hopelessness. Rage.
But then he wakes up, and the war is over. Suddenly, he must come to terms with the fact that years have passed, and that he's somehow the Southern Water Tribe Ambassador to the Fire Nation. He is also supposedly friends with banished-Prince-turned-Fire-Lord Zuko, of all people. Close friends.

Summary
“Glad to see you back among the living,” Phainon says through a yawn, clearly having spent the night in the uncomfortable chair in the infirmary by Mydei’s side. Like he often does.
Mydei’s head hurts. Just the regular kind of pain, easily managed by ignoring it until it goes away. But what makes it worse, is the confusion at his predicament. The memories returning to him in death used to vary in time and people who appeared in them. Why is it always Phainon nowadays?
“Fuck you,” Mydei says, hoarsely. He feels like he is losing his mind.
Phainon’s mouth locks mid-yawn and he blinks down at him stupidly, tilting his head with confusion. It’s probably fair, he hasn’t even done anything to earn Mydei’s ire as of late.
or; Human brain lives for a few more minutes after dying, replaying the most cherished memories. Mydei starts seeing Phainon after each of his deaths.

Summary
It’s getting late in the morning when Zhongli is startled from his work by a knock at his front door.
“Oh, Traveler, it’s you,” he says as he opens the door to greet her. “Is something the matter?”
“Well.” Lumine steps into his spacious foyer, hands cupped together conspicuously. “I’ve got… a little surprise for you.”
She uncups her hands, and a pair of large, bright eyes pop out from between her fingers. There’s a gust of wind, sending the satin curtains dancing in the breeze, and a tiny wind sprite flutters out and into the air.
“...Barbatos?”
The Knights of Favonius find the Anemo Archon in his original form and, out of concern for his safety, bring him to Zhongli. Zhongli takes care of him, in more ways than one.

Summary
In his early days as a slave, Aventurine was subjected to neuro-reprogramming that, when activated, makes him mindlessly obedient. Thankfully, the program was scrapped, and it’s been over a decade since he’s even seen someone who knows the key phrase – but Aventurine’s luck runs out while he’s crashing Ratio’s vacation.
Naturally, Ratio is not content to let some bottom feeding slaver make off with one of his few friends. Offering further assistance, however, leads to unforeseen consequences - because as Ratio begins researching Aventurine’s condition and searching for a way to free him from it, their feelings for one another begin to change. But Ratio is all too aware of the ethical issues of being involved with a patient, especially one who has given him so much power over their mind . . . and as for Aventurine, Ratio is the one person he can't risk losing.
