Summary
Grace wants Simon to swim in the ocean with him, but Simon is terrified of doing so. In an effort to get over his fear, the two of them work on easing him further and further into the water as the weeks pass by. Now, Simon is ready to make a big leap in his progress, and he needs Ryland to help him.
And then Simon notices something is wrong.

Summary
What better place for someone's first job after struggling to get their feet on the ground for a few years due to a major unspecified anxiety disorder than Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex? Sure, the children are loud and the parents are entitled and Fazbear Entertainment is shady as hell, but the pay is good and she's certain no one else would hire her anyway with how little experience she has at her age.
All she has to do is survive the job, it's just retail. Maybe she'll even make some friends along the way. And if one of those friends happens to end up being a giant mechanical alligator man who likes to yell and accidentally send her into an anxious spiral when he does? Well, they'll just have to learn to get better together, won't they?
And hopefully, while working through their own personal bumps in the road, nothing else decides to rear it's ugly head in the direction of the Pizzaplex and it's inhabitants.

Peter's voice whittles down to a high pitched whistle, forgetting that he needs to breathe to continue creating more sound.
After a few more agonizing seconds during which Peter weighs the possibilities that he just gave his mentor and the savior of the world a heart attack, Mr. Stark looks up at him, eyes suddenly wide.
A beat passes.
"What's your teacher's name again?"
AKA, Ryland Grace and Tony Stark hooked up in college. This is fine, until 20 years later, Peter Parker gets involved. It's all downhill from there.

And in steps Lars. Cindy is there greeting him warmly as always he hands over a bottle of wine. He smiles that strained but nonetheless happy to be included smile, he looks around and finds me climbing up the stairs like a rat caught by the tail.
We haven’t spoken since I got back, he’s the last person I saw before I went home to Michigan, I cried in front of him and ran off like a child. I mirror his smile tight lipped and almost cringing, I raise a hand to wave at him. He responds in kind. Trade off complete I’m running away again up the stairs, tucking myself away into the bathroom.
