So it just is a no fucking brainer, of course this thing where Derek hides out in his room will lead to… embarrassing revelations about Stiles. Cause Derek is a snoopy snooper. Or maybe Stiles just made him try on shirts in front of Danny and didn’t think about the things he was hiding in his clothes drawers. Like the bottom drawer, and it’s lacy and silky contents. Which Derek fucking Hale was bound to see when looking through Stiles’ clothing. And Stiles being the scatterbrain he is, did not think about it in the moment. When Derek is out of his room later and Stiles goes over to clean up the clothes, he sees the lingerie drawer fully open and a pair of pink lacy panties lying on top of it all.

Summary
Stiles works at a headshop that sells a little bit of everything, including some real and not so real witchy wares. The job sucks, but he doesn’t make enough with his side gig (as, you know, a REAL witch) to get by without it. Even so, he makes his wares and sells them at various craft fairs around the area. With recent fashion trends, occult adjacent goods are more popular than ever, which certainly helps make rent each month.
Derek, meanwhile, is a very real supernatural with a very real chip on his shoulder, especially when his siblings drag him to bogus “Occult Markets” that are just spooky craft fairs filled with nonbelievers just trying to cash in on a trend. It’s even worse when he finds a real witch selling his wares where he’s not supposed to be.

“Uh.” Stiles glances over his shoulder. “Pretty sure that’s a pony, dude.” A very small brown pony, with one white fetlock and a long, kinky black mane and deep, fathomless eyes, and he’s been following Stiles around since yesterday, so he’s actually pretty glad Derek can see him, too.

“I’ll give you my soul to bring her back,” Derek says, his voice steady and strong with resolve, “if that’s what you want.”
Stiles’ mouth gapes open for a moment before his brain kicks into gear and he stutters out, “N-no, I don’t ask for that. I only ask for money.”

Summary
Stiles has encountered a fair share of monsters before, way out of his league - the kinds that children are afraid are hiding in their closets and under the bed.
He’d even become one himself when he was void. The nogitsune was in his house, his body, and his mind.
But the worst monster he’s ever faced took even more from him and got away with it.
It’s why Stiles has never really been as terrified of werewolves and kanimas and darachs as he should have been. They’re really not that scary, relatively speaking, and he has a whole team on his side. They always found a way to win - until they lost someone they really loved.
Stiles doesn’t know how to be normal, not after everything he’s done and everyone he’s hurt. The nogitsune is gone, but another monster is on its heels.
His uncle is back. And Stiles has never felt more alone.
NOTE - This story is 14 chapters + a short epilogue. Any postings beyond 15 are “extra” materials, such as an alternate ending, bonus scenes, author’s notes, etc. This story is complete at 15/15, but installment counts will go up (16/16 and so on) with extras.
