Somewhere in the back of his mind, Katsuki registered the misunderstanding finally. Izuku thought he had been asking because he had been hit by a lust quirk. He didn't realize it was genuinely a hypothetical question. He thought Katsuki was quirked and wanted him.
And now that Katsuki knew Izuku's answer was yes, it didn't seem to matter that only one of those things was true.
