That the heated rivalry between them was inching further and further away from rivalry, and toward something entirely different.

Or, a joint CCM shoot set in sunny, perfect Florida gets derailed by a natural disaster, and Shane and Ilya are forced to spend actual time together, forced to imagine a future. They find that it’s quite impossible to reason with hurricane season, but that the effects are better than they could have hoped for.
