Summary
Kara and Mon-El live in the same apartment block as Lena Luthor. They get into an argument not realizing anyone can hear them until Kara catches the scent of an unforgettable perfume floating down from the balcony above.
Kara breaks up with him and moves on, finding comfort in her new found friendship with Lena only for Mon-El to start causing problems when he gets jealous at seeing how happy Lena makes her.

“You’re a great doctor,” Kara said quietly, shoving her hands into her scrub pockets. “It takes a lot of guts to tell the truth like you did.”
Lena chewed on the inside of her cheek, eyes glued to the floor.
“I regret it, sometimes. I feel like telling the truth made me.. some sort of pariah. I barely fit in here.”
Kara’s eyes softened.
“I watched the staff all day,” she said after a moment, eyes tracing Lena’s face. “They respect you. Don’t let Spheer get in your head.”
