One can get used to sailing the Grand Line.
But to lower your guard there, even briefly, can be very dire indeed.

Now they're forced to limp their way to safety, but the Grand Line has no intention of letting them recover so easily...

Summary
“Please let me out, dad.”
The tears dropping from his eyes were big and blurred his vision.
“I’m sorry…I’m sorry that I was born weak!”
He cried loudly and ugly, his cheeks burning from the friction of wet skin on metal.
“Dad!”, he screamed in misery, but no one was listening. No one was listening. He was alone.-
An insight on how Luffy and the strawhats are exactly what Sanji needed after his childhood.
