Summary
So, what happens after we die? I don't actually know. I've seen the doors to the afterlife too many times to count, but I've never gone through. I have a job to do.
Or: a day in the life of a grim reaper.This work includes themes of death, dying, and many topics around those, such as religious themes, suicide/suicidal ideation, the death of children, and grief and trauma. Nothing is explicit, but a lot of things are implied. Please exercise caution. I think it has a happy ending, but your mileage may vary. I did my best with the tags, please let me know if I missed something. The story is told entirely through dialogue, but the narrator has a bad habit of muttering.
