Summary
Four young individuals from all across Aether have taken residence at the Hodojo and are training with the legendary Master Hodan. In a world otherwise wracked with conflict, and with their lives now filled with arduous training, these are the stories of what comes in-between.
Pupils of Aether is an anthology of one-off, slice-of-life stories starring five fan-favorite characters from the Aether franchise (Clairen, Ranno, Olympia, Absa and Hodan), and the scenarios they get into in their day-to-day lives in the Hodojo.
This series aims to be canon compliant to the Aether universe and is made as a tribute to the wider Aether series, though some minor differences and creative liberties are present, such as a lot of headcanon for characters who aren’t fully fleshed out in the source material, or minor adjustments in character personalities.
