In this reality, the fight against crime is done with cards and ban-lists. Industrial Illusions changed the world 70 Years ago when they released "Legend of Blue-Eyes White Dragon", the first set of Duel Monster cards. With their incredible hard-light technology they were able to bring monsters to life, but people quickly took advantage of this power. Villains and Heroes were born from that day forward, and this "game" has shaped society ever since.
Now, how will Izuku and his best friends, Katsuki Bakugou, Eijiro Kirishima and Melissa Shield take this new world by strom?
Only the "World of Legacy" holds the key to this world's secrets!

It is, otherwise Midoriya Izuku wouldn't have to go scrounge in his grandparents' basement to find an old pre-quirk era Polystation 5 ½ filled with old fighting games in order to discover his quirk. But at least the hassle got him a ex-quirkless superpowered gamer best friend that just happens to be a very cute girl, so no complaints really.
Will this two be able to become the number one hero team in the world? Will they manage to be less ambiguous about their relationship than the characters from the games they love? Will Aizawa die via his two problem children? And will Mei be the unexpected 3rd member of Aizawa's nighmare trio?
