Summary
When Oswald's plans to interfere with Ed's new relationship go awry and Jim Gordon turns up looking for work, the two hatch a plan to make Ed jealous, by making him - and everyone else in Gotham - believe Oswald and Jim are dating.
Sounds simple, but history has a habit of making even the most elegant of solutions very, very messy.
Oswald considered Jim’s proposal, turned the idea over, envisaged all the avenues this could lead to. Ed was smart enough to know if he was being played…
“We’d have to be convincing."
"I can be convincing.”
The look that accompanied those words was enough to make Oswald’s stomach drop and he marveled at how composed he sounded when he asked, “And your fee?”
