Summary
Shinonome Ena and 19 other familiar faces (y'know, the usual suspects) wake up on a ship bound for a mysterious remote island, where they meet an equally mysterious woman claiming to be Hatsune Miku—and who immediately forces them into a killing game of her own design.
It would be a pretty typical story... but this particular Game Master has other ideas, and as Ena gets drawn deeper into an island wrapped in illusions, she quickly finds that the rules of this game aren't nearly as simple as they seem.
The difficulty is standard.
Don't assume you know how the game will be played just because the rules look familiar.(Or: just your average Project Sekai / Danganronpa crossover, with a very normal killing game that has no witchery whatsoever. Let's hope I don't burn out.)

Summary
Ena Shinonome is of a wealthy family who owns a farm. She's a determined artist with a fiery passion and a hint of rebellion. She has an angry exterior under which she hides the most caring soul this side of the Mississippi. She's the kind of girl that has people lining up to be with her or even just to be her friend, the kind who, at least on the surface, has the life everyone wishes they did.
Akiyama Mizuki is none of those things. A transgender outcast with only a mutt for company. A girl living in a beat up trailer who keeps everyone at arms length and watches as they reward her with a jeers and disgust, giving her a wide berth. There is no way someone like Ena could ever even look her way, much less want to be with her forever. Even if she did, there was no way Mizuki would ever deserve it, at least that's what she thinks.
But perhaps she does have a chance after all. Maybe the two of them aren't quite so different after all.
Or
Mizuena, but they live in a small country town somewhere in the American Deep South.

Summary
Shinonome Ena could not return to the life she lived ten years ago.
But that was okay, right? The life she lived now would not shame her for the horns on her head, would not disregard her passions, would keep her warm no matter what the world threw her way. She had friends: a musically gifted witch who wished to cure her father's illness, a deadpan but caring archer who fled the life her mother pushed on her and the carefree knight who would sneak away from the palace to visit them late at night. Yet, it seemed that gaping hole in her chest would never be filled. Something was always missing.
Shinonome Akito lost his sister ten years ago.
His parents had searched and mourned when they inevitably could not find her, believing her life to have been taken during the midst of the war. Unlike everyone else, it seemed as if he could never move on, believing in the depths of his soul that maybe she was still out there. After officially becoming a knight, the resources to track her down were finally at his fingertips. But a rebellion was forming under the surface of his home and the carefree knight he'd been paired with to guard the detective investigating it seemed to know more than they were letting on.
