So when a meeting with her old teacher inspires her towards a new path, she takes the new opportunity by the horns, moving to a new place, hoping to meet new people.

Summary
It almost always starts with a question.
"Can someone without a quirk be a Hero like you?"
Maybe the wording is different, perhaps the context, but it's always the spark of Change, be it good or bad.
In this case, the question is the same, but the answer changes.
All Might thinks a little differently, is a little more observant, and instead of saying no, he asks...
"Why settle for being a Hero like me, when you could be more?"
Despite seeming so insignificant, the different answer unfurls into many, many differences.
Through the scheming of the Mammalian Principal and a tired Underground Hero, a new class is formed: The Twilight Project:1-T!
With an aim of bringing about a new generation of Heroes of all sorts, unbound by the rankings, how will this new group change things from normal?

A new, smaller class, with students from both 1-A and 1-B, Quirkless Izuku, Teacher support, and a healthy bit of the bizarre come together to forge a new story!

A contribution to 1-B Writer's Guild Bronze Prompt Fic Challenge!
"Something new, then. What was it this time?
The Tome rose into consciousness in a way its former owners had compared to waking up from slumber.
As it absorbed information from its surroundings, it made out the faint rumbling of a wooden cart, being tugged along by two workers.
The two men said nothing, and the diamond on the top of the Tome began to glow softly, allowing It to take in visual signals of the area around it.
A large bronze statue, about the size of a man, was stored haphazardly within the cart. It seemed to glisten against the faint red flickers of light let off by the lanterns on the walls, revealing a strange head. Whatever process had been used to create the statue had clearly gone… wrong, as the head was made up of two strangle shaped chunks of metal, with a large seam in place of the mouth and strange divots in place of eyes.
Oh. That would be rather heavy. Explained why it took so long to bring inside."Two figures just a little far from human find company in an unfortunate situation, and what comes after.

Shigaraki (not that he likes going by that anymore) Tomura is out of jail, beginning what will likely be his life long probation, and he has no idea what to do with himself.
Midoriya Inko likes to bake and cook for people, even now that her son has moved out and is a famous pro hero. Conveniently, a new neighbour has moved in next door.
The solution to both of their problems is fairly obvious.

Summary

However, All for One's influence remains in the dark shadow of hero society: the Commission.
Now in hiding, Toshinori must fight back against the society he inadvertently created.
