It was suddenly so quiet.
It was him who broke the awkward silence in the bedroom. “Uh… what… what did you…?” he stammered.
Ochaco didn’t answer right away. Her words rang in her head. She hoped that had been her imagination. She chanced a nervous glance at her husband; he looked absolutely stunned, eyes wide like he wasn’t sure he’d heard right. That hadn’t been an imagination, she realized to her horror.
“I didn’t mean that!” she quickly blurted out, mortified.
Why’d she have to open her stupid mouth? Granted, it had been agape for most of the session. Still… why? Why say that, of all things? Where had that come from? Why? Why had “Yes, daddy!” slipped out of her?
Or: Ochaco accidentally calls Izuku "Daddy" in bed. Things get awkward.
