Summary
Sure, there are things to enjoy about trashy novels from time to time. For instance, the fact that you can turn your brain off and pretend you’re in another world for a while. But Mike is pretty sure that he won’t be heading toward that aisle of the bookstore any time soon. Definitely not. In fact, he isn’t even a little bit curious about what happens next between Lord Fabian and Lady Larissa. He’s more than happy to forget about them entirely—heaving bosoms and all.
It’s a month before graduation, and things are finally starting to go back to normal in Hawkins. After years of constant life-or-death situations, everyone is trying to relax and make up for lost time. Unfortunately, Mike’s body also appears to be making up for lost time—in ways that Mike finds utterly mortifying.
TLDR; Mike is dealing with late-onset teenage horniness, and starts writing smut about it. Things get decidedly non-heterosexual pretty quickly.

Summary
Mike is waiting for Will in the basement, a look of suspicious, nervous excitement on his face. He cleared the table and laid out upon it are two card games.
"Now, I know you’ll resist," Mike blurts out, stepping toward him. "But I think this will be good. For both of us! For when we... you know,” Mike trails off, “When we get partners.”
Will scoffs, stepping closer to inspect the titles.
Spill or Sip and Truth, Dare, or Strip.
Or: Mike suggests a spicy card game to help Will loosen up before college. It works a little too well, and suddenly they’re gambling with unresolved feelings, and clothes, that were meant to stay in place.

“Mike... did you just make up this game?”

Will smiled, and the tension finally seemed to ease. Mike felt a surge of pride in his idea, even if he didn't quite know what he was getting himself into.

What begins as a way to ease Mike’s insomnia through massages soon spirals into something far more intense — something neither of them really controls.
As comfort turns into obsession and the rules they set for themselves start to break, Mike is ready to burn everything down for him, never realizing that Will is the one stoking the fire.

This is a slow burn with sexual tension, LOTS of massages, a not-so-secret relationship, some sex games, and plenty of Mike fighting for Will and against his own demons...
