“I mean, it probably was better before but you’re telling me none of this is your mess?” Will laughed looking down towards the bed before leaning over and picking up a binder full of papers. A few fell out and he realized it was his drawings he used to make for Mike, drawings of them both playing DnD, Will the Wise, all the drawings he gave him.
“Well, yea okay you’re right. Fuck off” Mike said in mock annoyance. Will hummed in response smiling at the idea of Mike keeping all his art before putting them back in the binder, but when he opened the binder again he noticed an envelope with his name, address and a stamp on it. Not just one, there were tons.

So when Caine's new adventure involved placing the circus inside a horror cabin in the woods excursion, she finds herself in a nightmare position. Worst of all, it was Jax's suggestion in the first place. Pomni dreaded whatever messed-up plan the bunny had come up with to land her in this situation.

Summary

When she runs into an all too familiar asshole, she’s forced to fully confront what exactly the Circus is, the way it’s impacted her and her friends, and more pressingly: how it’s entered the real world.
Jax and Pomni must hunt down the other four members of their digital squad, and quickly, as the new tech company ‘C/A’ is quickly making its way into the spotlight and spells out nothing but trouble.

The feeling comes back. Something. Something under his skin. (In his blood, in all of him—)
“S’there something in my hair?” he asks Eddie, who’s mid-step out of the RV.
Eddie turns back with an air of amusement. “Nope,” he says. “Looks perfectly coiffed to me, man.”
“Can you—can you just check?”
Look closer, something’s wrong, something’s wrong.
“Uh, sure,” Eddie says, bemused. He sits next to Steve and tilts his head before lifting a hand uncertainly. “You want me to, uh?”
“Yeah, thanks. Just… there was a spider on me.”
It’s not what Steve wants to say at all, but there’s a sudden, terrifying disconnect between the thoughts in his head and what actually comes out of his mouth.
