Summary
How Ahsoka came to be Sabine's master. After Ahsoka comes back broken and defeated from the World Between Worlds and Malachor, she hears the news of the Empire's defeat on Lothal and Ezra’s sacrifice from Hera. She then decides to take on Sabine as an apprentice as she believes the girl with enough training could learn to wield the force and decides to test her theory of the living force. Ahsoka briefly spars with Sabine, before extending her offer to the young Mandalorian.

Summary
The first time she’d truly felt the bond between them had been strange. Ahsoka had told her it was natural, that all masters and padawans shared a connection in the Force. But those first few days had been unsettling—an ever-present awareness of someone else, a quiet hum in the back of her mind that wasn’t entirely her own. Over time, she had grown used to it. In fact, it had proven useful—lately, she and Ahsoka rarely found themselves clashing in opinions. Well, more rarer than usual.
[Collection of oneshots fic. Focusing on Ahsoka and Sabine 'cause I need more of their Master Padawan Bond.]

Summary
Ahsoka’s memories of it are… fragmented, to say the least.
An explosion; bright, loud.
She’s running towards… something. Someone. The blast zone. Someone was caught in it. Someone important.
And then she’s kneeling. A shaky, weak hand grips her arm.
And then Ursa’s face comes into focus. She’s asking Ahsoka to do… something.
Ursa’s eyes are unfocused, her skin is pale, there’s red running down her temple, but her expression is strong and determined.
Next to her, her husband… too much red. He’s not moving.
Ahsoka tries to focus on the words leaving her friend’s mouth.
She’s begging, begging, through ragged breaths—a child. Her daughter. “Ahsoka, don’t let her be alone.”
And then Ahsoka thinks she nods, because Ursa smiles, her eyes close, and they don’t open again.
Or: Ahsoka is trusted with an orphaned Sabine Wren, and is faced with a choice.

Summary
Vernestra slipped easily into the stream of the Force, following the creek that marked her own place in it down to the roaring ocean that was the cosmic Force. She thought of him, her former Padawan. It had only been for a moment that she'd felt him but she would know that child anywhere. No. Not a child anymore. A man grown, a place he had barely reached the last time she saw him.
Memories she had tried to lock down came flooding back. The way he had been so focused and intense when he built his saber, the way his eyes had shone in wonder at its golden light the first time he'd activated it. The pride in his eyes the first time he scored a point on her in a duel, grin wide on that boyish face. The way he had come to her, shaking, the first time he'd been forced to take a life. The devotion he looked to her with, far beyond a healthy level of care and respect, a deep attachment. An attachment she could admit, if only to herself, that she had returned.

Summary
The weird thing wasn’t that Ahsoka hadn’t explained where they were going; it was that she was enjoying herself too much.
“Seriously.” It was probably pointless, but Sabine tried one more time. “You’re in a really good mood, and that’s, like, automatically suspicious.”
“Hurtful,” Ahsoka observed. Then, glancing over: “Strap in, padawan. I’m starting our landing sequence. There’s…someone I want you to meet.”
Or: In which Sabine probably could have stood to know less about her Jedi Master's love life. She's also increasingly certain she must have missed some kind of orientation meeting on all of the ominous backstory references flying over her head. Or maybe she's just being hazed.

Summary
Her lightsaber feels strangely heavier in her hands. Not because of her lack of training recently, not in that it makes things harder, no. More so that she feels the weight of it cutting through droids like she doesn’t usually. Like she’s afraid that if she lets go, the saber will go flying, soaring through the air and taking every nearby object with it.
It feels powerful.
It feels real.
Not many things still feel real.
Ahsoka Tano on losing her Masters, coming to terms with reality, and choosing her own moralities.
