Summary

Sometimes it’s this, Rolan appearing at the forge with this needy look of desperation in his eyes, tension stiff in his bearing, frustrated by his labors and in need of some release . . .

Summary
Rolan has gotten used to the beatings, to being beneath Lorroakan's heel, but when he gives Lorroakan less and less reason to work out his rage on Tiefling flesh via fists, he decides to work through that adrenaline with something else.
When Lorroakan is murdered and Lia and Cal come to live at the tower, they find Rolan much different than they left him. They have to reveal some wants they've always had in order to heal him and show him what desire can truly feel like.
