You held his gaze. “Nor did I.”
“I know.”
“Do you?” There was more edge in your voice now than you intended, but you did not soften it. “Because you seem very certain about my role in this transaction.”
“It will proceed as it must.”
“That is not the same as wanting it to.”
“No,” he said, after a moment. “It is not.”

Summary
Moros thinks too much. Melinoë tries not to think at all, and neither of them ever seems to talk about it. What's a Shade to do when the goddess he loves is on the verge of losing her first relationship? Can he help spare her that heartbreak? Should he?
This would all be so much easier if he could touch her, or if she could touch him. But shades cannot interact with the living that way, no matter how strong they are, or how much they want to. But death gods can, and Moros' touch is proving to be a complication to his heart that Icarus never expected. The answer might be simpler than he could ever believe, if only they're brave enough to reach for it
An Icarus/Melinoë/Moros fic, because I think these three deserve to find happiness together, and I am determined to captain this ship into existence.
This follows my Melinoë/Moros Fic Stolen time. You don't have to read that one to read this, but feel free if you enjoy some good old-fashioned getting-together smut.

His solution to that problem, in hindsight, had been incredibly foolish. But how was he to know that after hours of searching the internet for the perfect video that he could take himself in hand to, letting himself imagine that he was the lavender skinned tiefling between the anonymous pale thighs — he would meet Mollymauk in all his ostentatious glory the next evening, wrapped around Caleb’s shoulders.
What follows is Essek’s slow descent into the chaos that is the Mighty Nein’s friend group, and the tangle of feelings that comes from having a crush on your brightest student who you have watched be thoroughly railed by a very very pretty tiefling online.

“You just fuckin’ suck at peeling apples, it ain’t that deep,” Katsuki snapped, feeling rawer than the fruit in his hand.
On the seventh day, he helped Shouto write out his 30 before 30 list on hospital stationary. (Very importantly, it is not a bucket list because kicking the bucket is not fucking allowed.)
Bakugou and Todoroki take a roadtrip to get cake, get distracted by creampie talk, and end up having their cake and eating it, too.
