Summary
"You have no fucking decency," Will yells, as he grasps the canvas that held a perfect painting, into ugly spills and strokes of blue and black.
Mike's eyebrows are upturned desperately, but he still bites back smugly. "I'm so, super sorry, Will." But now it's mocking. It's sarcastic and ugly, like how Will sounded when he shredded Mike's lyric sheets. Will storms to Mike, grabs the collar of his shirt in a fistful with both of his hands, and smacks him against the wall.
"I'm sorry, baby. I didn't mean to," Mike says in one, hurried breath, his breathing shaky and hot.
Now that sounded scarily sincere.

Will Byers can't pay off the rent by himself, and to be honest, an apartment without anybody else is blatantly boring. He's tried coercing Dustin, who immediately refuses once Stacey takes him back. Dustin luckily knows a guy, though, and gives Will's information to him. To Will, Mike's okay. He's polite and honest. Until he starts to bend the rules.

Summary
Mike agrees to model for Will’s figure photography as a favour, never expecting it to mean anything more for Will than standing in front of a camera. His reasons are complicated.
After discovering intimate paintings and photographs of other men Will has been studying, he can’t explain why the sight leaves him aching to be perceived like that by him too.
Living together in an old artist’s apartment, the darkroom hidden behind the closet, comes to develop more than just photographs.
