Summary
Once is happenstance, twice is a coincidence, and three times is a pattern. A connection between alleged superhero(?) and the streets magically being safer was certainly a pattern. Goro Akechi knew for a fact that if criminals confessing left and right in a series of less than normal happenings, he would be the one to expose it. Whether Amamiya wanted him to or not.
