“Quid pro quo,” Shidou replies, tucking his hands into his pockets. “Do me a favor and I’ll do you a favor. Cash it in whenever you like.”
“Hmmmmmm…” Shidou fights the urge to fidget as Isagi hums thoughtfully, seeming to evaluate his options. His head tilts in contemplation, nose scrunching, fingers holding his chin as he looks Shidou up and down. Then, he smiles, deceptively benign, as he comes to a decision. “Okay. Deal.”
“Isagi,” Rin protests again, sitting up straighter on the bed.
“The secret,” Isagi continues, completely ignoring Rin, his voice dropping into a dramatic, mock whisper as he leans in closer to Shidou, “...is casual intimacy.”

He waits and finds out the news he's partnered up with Rin Itoshi.
After what happened against their Paris X Gen versus Bastard Munchen match, it's going to be chaos.
(Summary: Isagi and Rin are paired up to switch Neo-Egoist League Teams, and they have to get over their hardships to work together. Some things lead to another and they find they don't mind each other's company as much as they thought they did.)

It's not that Isagi has acquired a taste for voices like Rin's that are rough and commanding, it's that he thinks Rin's voice is the exact same voice he's been jacking off to for the past few months. He might be going insane or this might be the craziest coincidence but he's obsessively listened to Puppeteer_VA's audios enough times that he's confident he can recognize his voice anywhere.
He just never thought that voice would appear before him in the same city he lives in, at his same university, taking the same stupid class as him.

Yoichi feels it again, the heat. His fingers curl into his pants to distract himself from how they are slightly tighter now, as the words tumble from Rin’s mouth so elegantly. It’s so warm in this restaurant, or maybe it’s his shirt, or maybe Rin is just too hot for him. All the time they spend apart has done this, has turned Yoichi into some horny monster that’s losing its head because Rin is talking. He’s just saying words, words Yoichi can’t even understand, but it’s getting him so worked up.
Or, Yoichi loves it a little too much when Rin speaks French.
