However, a couple of drinks at a faculty party loosen his tongue and make him accidentally admit some things to Astarion, which has some interesting consequences. -

After the final battle, Astarion finds himself alone in the rented tavern room until Gale shows up and Astarion decides that provoking the wizard is a more fun way of passing the time. Some urges and desires arise and Astarion decides to give in.

Who knows what could happen in that time?
"Yeah, sure," he chokes out. "That could work." He clamps a hand round his glass and downs it to the very last drop.

“We're sinners, Val, I can never trust word of mouth. I need to know for certain myself,” Vox explains to also convince himself this is the only reason he's letting this happen. There's no guarantee that Valentino's saliva would even work on him. But he'd be a better salesman for his business partner if they knew the ins and outs of each other. Even if that meant getting a stomach full of aphrodisiac venom from another man for the night.

“Okay—is there something on me? What the fuck are you looking at?” He finally breaks in front of Velvette after weeks of this ridiculous behavior. It also doesn't help that he just felt like wearing something more casual today. A button down shirt with the first few buttons undone, suspenders and dress pants. What's wrong with that!
Why does everything he do have to be scrutinized by them!
Velvette simply lets the wrist holding her phone go limp, glancing up at his screen then back down to his—collar? Chest?
