Randy must’ve been lost in his thoughts a little too long, because Benson snaps his fingers at him. “Come on, I asked you a question here.”
“No, Benson.”

Jess leans back down, ducking underneath the bill of Randy’s hat, “have you ever been bent over, Bradley?” She asks.
Randy can smell her lip gloss. The only time he’s been bent over the count at Burgers Burgers Burgers was under his own volition when he tried to help a customer grab a penny that had fallen between his fingers when he was handing them their change.
There isn't much for Randy to do at work while the weather fluctuates outside, other than getting drinks thrown in his face and trading clothes with his coworker.

One of the medical personnel heading out of the building passed by Benson and stopped. He watched as the guy fished through his pocket for his wallet, and pulled out a small business card. The words “Kutzburg Bioclean” crudely typed out in the most basic font imaginable.
“I’m sorry for your loss” he said as he handed over the card.

Summary
In the next ten minutes before Randy is set to clock out, he learns more about Benson than he has in the last year of them working together.
Benson’s ‘ma’ is moving out of his house today; he explains to Donnie. Her sister (my Aunt Marnie, that bitch) is getting divorced from her deadbeat husband and wants “Ma” to move with her back to Florida. Benson is not just relieved by this news; he’s transcendently ecstatic.
Only problem is, Benson can’t swing the bills and rent on his own.
