This is how Noel’s boundaries always fall; Liam doesn’t have to lift a finger, just has to wait for the universe to spin and by the pure magic of gravity, gets what he wants. Liam himself the force of nature that compels them to the same point of chaos from which Noel is always trying to run. It’s equilibrium, it’s inevitable, it’s the blinding light at the center of the sky that seduces Liam and terrifies Noel, but it’s woven so tight and seamless into the fabric of their reality, neither of them can see it.
