    Crocodile never expected to be brought to heel, and certainly not by the blonde cook of the Straw Hat Pirates. After a chance meeting on Momoiro turns to something more, suddenly Crocodile can't get enough. Everything about Sanji draws him in-- from his cooking, to his wit, to the curve of his smile. He wants more. He wants whatever Sanji will give him, and he's willing to do whatever it takes to keep him. Even if that means putting aside his pride to join the crew of the rubber boy who took him down.

    (OR: Crocodile falls in love, plays the long game to get what he wants, and becomes a Straw Hat somewhere along the way.)

    “They said… you are the greatest swordsman in the world!” The boy stuttered out like it caused him physical pain to speak. Even at such a young age, his voice cracked and cried under strain.

    “… that’s right, I am.” Mihawk merely confirmed. The child looked up at him, the welled tears now falling down his face darkening as they merged with dirt and soot on his cheeks.

    “Please?” The boy whimpered out, barely able to get it out. His grip tightened.
    “Train me. They told me you were the best. That you’d protect me. Please, train me.”

    Buggy having to care for a baby Ace. One thing leads to another, and he's saddled with three kids. Though, Garp acts like a kid himself, so it's like four kids. Ugh! So many D's! They're taking over his life! Wait! Are they contagious? Oh great. Just great. He'd better not be infected. He needs to be the smart one who plans for things. he can't be infected with dumbness and the inability to plan for things and get into trouble. He can't!
