It is the one where the dead side gets its full complement, where Alfred and Jason discover what Naldoreth actually is and what fixing it will require, where Bruce and Clark search the archives and all the lights go out and the crowd comes to the windows singing in Yoruba and Bantu and Swahili and Xhosa and doesn't leave at dawn, where Clark makes his decision about his door, and where Alfred learns fourteen names with hundreds still to go.
The accounting has begun.
It will take years. They are doing it anyway.

“And what makes you say that?”
“If it were vandalism it would be something a lot more juvenile. To the point. It wouldn’t claim there were seventeen missing kids. That’s public outcry.”
“Is that so?”
“That and I tried to do a story on the growing number of homeless children last month and I got shut down. According to the last count, the numbers have been decreasing, but there’s been no change in policies, no extra funding to CPS, or shelters, or even an increase in the number of inmates in the juvenile detention center. So where are they going?”
Detective Bruce Wayne may have the highest solve rate in Gotham, but if he wants to solve this case, he’ll need the help of an elusive street kid, and while Dick Grayson always lands on his feet, he usually lands himself right into trouble.
