Jack Miller starts at B&R College tomorrow and starts writing a diary—inspired by his late mom's. Will he make friends, hook up with girls, maybe even find love? Or will he be a loser, hassled by the infamous Tri-Alphas and other sketchy people on campus?
DISCLAIMER: this fic is a novelization of the game, BUT IT IS NOT THE GAME. I love BaDIK's world, but I hate DPC's writing, and how he whitewashes or trashes characters based on sexuality, religion, social class, and ideology—with that Netflix-style bias. Instead of being ashamed of writing a woke propaganda cliché like Maya, crafted for emotional manipulation, he shoves her down the player's throat—as if we all had the fantasy of being SJWs—ruining other LIs' paths. He seems to write his female characters using some woke 'empowerment' checklists... while also grossly sexualizing them. He turns his MC into an SC in his own game, and doesn't give him enough appeal for most girls to realistically be into him—unless it's for his magic dick. He mixes cheap drama with stupid or over-the-top plots and characters into a pastiche. I write this fic because the game frustrates me but I do enjoy writing. Comments and debates motivate me to keep sharing—BUT NO FANBOYISM.
