Summary
Steve is in a bit of a crisis. Everyone around him is moving forward with their lives, they have moved out, met new people, and he is still in Hawkins, going on date after date and looking for a connection that he just can't find. After one too many dreams about a dead boy he takes his truck and RV and hits the road, trying to run away from ghosts and expectations.
He never planned for his truck to break down in the middle of nowhere, Pennsylvania.
He never expected to go look for a mechanic and meet a ghost.Bookmarked by Swami42

Summary
Knowing one’s place in the world is important for one’s survival.
-
In this journey to accompany the Luminary in saving the world, everyone has a role to play. Those who were appointed by destiny, those with deep connection with the Luminary himself, and those who held their own merit in strength and resourcefulness.
If Erik's role in all of this is to simply provide the Luminary a warm body to have at night, then so be it.
(Or, Erik comes with tons of issues, Eleven followed the adage 'Love is blind' in the worst way possible, and Veronica literally just want to sleep without the sound of porn coming from the next room over, thanks)

Summary
The man, face red with ire, pressed deeper into Steve's personal space. Eddie, without thinking, shoved him away. "Get out!" he barked.
"And who the hell are you?" Steve’s father rerouted his rage. Before Eddie could answer, Steve interlocked their arms together.
"He is my fiance."
**
Eddie knew loss as a fish knew water. That didn't mean death wasn't painful. No matter how many times he lost, it hurt just as badly.
His third attempt at breaking the curse came with such pain, but it was unique. For he lost so much more than his lover.
He lost his daughter too.
