Every five years, a new Queen Bee is elected, and The Hive has one job: spreading people's darkest, dirtiest secrets all over NYC - much better, Manhattan - faster than a plague, threatening the citizens, in order to control them. The Hive can target whomever they want, aside from the Queen and her stock, which becomes untouchable for the Queen Bee's five years of power. In a world where your social class is everything, only the upper classes get to play with people's lives and nobody dares oppose the system; everybody knows what The Hive is capable of doing to whoever tries to.
Warning: the main group from the series will still be considered important, though the story will focus on original characters.
