Din gets injected with a truth serum. Boba Fett has some fun with it after making sure the scientist that injected him is little more than a red smear against the floor of her lab.
Din wants to die of embarrassment because he can’t stop himself from saying some things he had planned on taking to his grave. Mainly regarding Boba. And how he felt about him.

Summary
Boba's own hair has begun to grow back in, he’s recently discovered. It is a little patchy now, but as it gets longer, it will cover up the scars and the gaps. He pulls his hand through Din’s in the meantime and watches him shift his cheek against the bedclothes.
The galaxy has taught him the name for what he feels when he looks at him these days. It has also taught him that he is not allowed to have that thing.
If he does, it will be taken away.
(Boba and Fennec find each other and then Din, and Boba struggles to let himself have the kindness that comes his way.)

A woman swooped in before Grogu was nearly dropped from a child’s grasp, a scolding on her lips as she held the child like he was precious to her.
Ah, Boba thought as he saw the minute shift of the beroya’s body.
“I wasn’t aware you had a lover.” Boba teased quietly as he took in the woman. She was beautiful, with long dark hair that fell over her shoulders and a care in her eyes as she pressed a kiss to the beroya’s child’s forehead. “No wonder you were so eager to be here.”
“We aren’t…” The beroya began, before cutting himself off as the woman made her way towards them. She had set Grogu down, the child hopping about with his playmates, and grinned widely, her eyes only on the beroya. “Omera,” the beroya seemed to breathe out as the woman stepped close to him. “Hi.”
