Summary
Would Robin be mad at him if he tried to defend himself? From what he has seen online the kid seems to really like animals and has attacked people for hurting them before…but his back is fully against the wall at this point and it looks like it’s about to pounce.
Mind made up, he reaches for the stick but the moment his fingers graze the side of the splintered wood, the dog launches itself towards his neck, jaw open wide. Instinctively, he raises his arms to push it away, but it’s too late...
Or, Bernard gets bitten by a dog, doesn't remember going through a week long fever, and to make matters worse, Tim comes back from his month long P.R trip, and unaware of Bernard’s issues, immediately decides now is the perfect time for Bern to meet his family. This happens consecutively.

Summary
Peter knew that Peter Parker had to disappear if his universe had any chance of not imploding on itself. He knew this and he accepted it. It was an easy decision to make when the lives of his loved ones were at risk.
He expected to be forgotten, to be Peter Nobody and Spider-Man. He had not expected to wake up in the body of an alternate version of himself, practically a toddler, homeless, and living in New Jersey of all places. He especially did not expect to have someone else along for the ride. He supposes he really should have expected the worst when Parker Luck comes into play.

Peter Parker was having a grand time ignoring his problems, so naturally, the universe decided to give him more to deal with. Now, both him and Mr. Barnes were trapped in another world, with the local vigilantes trying to hunt them down. And they’re in Jersey. Because the universe hates him.
Bucky was doing overall fine. His life was going smoothly, him and Sam are closer now that the Flag Smashers are gone, and he has nothing to really complain about. Until he ends up in a different universe with a masked, spider-themed vigilante with a long list of issues. Oh, they’re also in Jersey, because of course they are.
Or: Peter Parker and Bucky end up in Gotham and have to deal with the local bats.

Summary
They’d been dating for over a year and Bernard still hadn’t met Tim’s family. Bernard knew that Tim was an anxious, paranoid mess, and that he was just trying to keep things under control, but still. Not knowing Tim’s family made their whole thing feel less. . .permanent. Easier for Tim to end when he got scared. Easier for Tim to leave Bernard alone. Again.
But Bernard was determined to make this work, because this past year had been the best year of his life and that was in large part due to Tim. So he’d done what normal, healthy people did in relationships and communicated his concerns to his boyfriend.
And Tim had proven, once again, that he actually listened to Bernard.
Or, Bernard bonding with the Batkids while also dealing with his trauma from his parents and from the cult. And maybe finding a family along the way.
