“No post on Sundays” Uncle Vernon announced happily, “No damn letters today-”
Something came whizzing down the kitchen chimney as he spoke and caught him sharply on the back of the head. The next moment, thirty or forty letters came pelting out of the fireplace like bullets.
“That does it!” he snapped, his beady little eyes focused solely on Harry, “It’s you that they want. And they won’t stop coming after us until you’re… gone”.
Harry didn't like the sound of that.
“But Vernon, we can’t! You heard what that- that despicable old man told us!”
“Don’t worry, pet” Vernon said, his nasty grin triumphant, “I’ll leave him someplace so far away that those freaks will never trace him back to us. There’s an institute up north, for these- these hopeless cases and whatnot - St Brutus's Secure Centre for Boys. I’ll leave him there, and then we can get back to our nice, normal life”.Or, the one where Harry doesn't attend Hogwarts in first year but finds his way to the wizarding world anyway, and this changes everything.

Summary
Lance has been haunting the manor for years, but it's more of a curse, if he were to guess, as he got the one thing he hated most, only partly being seen then being ignored.. Oh and being pulled to most robins in their worst moments.. but he thinks its more a name thing then anything else.. they call for the older robin or their older brother, they mean Dickie boy, but the universe cant deliver a live person.. and he is technically their older adopted brother, even if they dont really know that.. or The family see him in the corner of there eyes when tired, a dark figure moving just out of reach, his name hasn't been spoken in years, his grave, well, overrun, he knows he wasnt the best kid but god.
That is until, a new kid joins, and keeps.. Staring, Lance guesses it's just zoning out, Tim does it sometimes.. so he ignores it.. until his name, his real name, is said and hes drawn back to his grave.. that new kid is reading his grave inscription..
Or: Duke sees of a blonde ghost walking the manor, but the ghost doesnt seem interested in talking, so he decides the learn who this is to hopefully help him move on, cuz hes nice like that.

Summary
Tim wakes up inexplicably in his two-year-old body. Which: odd. But just think, how many people would kill to have an opportunity to redo their life! And Tim has so much he wants to change, so much he wants. He wants to feel important to Bruce. He wants to be Dick's favorite. He wants Jason (his childhood hero) to think he's cool. He wants Damian to need him. And really, is it manipulation if his family benefits from it?
Or: He was halfway through the second trash can, when a startled “Good lord” caught him off guard. Tim glanced up, the rhythmic sucking of his pacifier coming to a still at the sight of a black Rolls Royce idling at the side road that lead to Wayne Manor. Alfred was staring at him from the over the car top, aghast. “Master Bruce, it’s not a raccoon.”
From the back seat, Bruce Wayne stared at him. Tim stared back.
Or: Tim is side tracked by his actual childish needs and wants, gets a whole bunch of his nannies fired, terrorizes his parents with a series of petty revenges, is an honest employer of one (1) newly minted murderer for hire, endears himself to – and thoroughly weirds out – the Waynes, and is generally just a petty, manipulative, vindictive, smol boy.

So, Poseidon would admit he was lost.
Odysseus had tricked him. Again. Despite the way the man had been all but trapped in Poseidon’s domain, Athena’s precious ‘Warrior of the Mind’ had not yet run out of luck and Poseidon was suffering for it. The coward refused to extend proper mercy, didn’t stand like a hero, and now used trickery to run from an honorable death. False righteousness, not even finishing the job.
Yet Poseidon had chased him down, following him into the cave Odysseus’s ship had sailed into. Or, the cave he thought Odysseus’s ship had sailed into.
He wasn’t sure anymore. This was most certainly not Greece anymore.
AKA
EPIC: The Musical's Poseidon lands in the PJO verse and decides that if the local Poseidon is not going to raise his son, then he's going to do it. Percy is just happy to have a dad that wants to take him to drown ferries of tourists.
