Summary
Five years after the events on the APAS beach, Tomorrow finds herself in the Seam while trying to connect the European continent to the Chiral Network.
There, she finds Higgs’ disturbed Ka, somehow still connected to her.
He begs her to kill him.
When she finds out why, Tomorrow sets in motion a chain of events that would change their lives forever.
Sam is sent to rescue Higgs and the new life carried within him. He gets attached.
Or: Higgs is impregnated by a mysterious group and the Drawbridge team wants to save the fetus. In doing this, they might just save Higgs as well.
