Petya, once raised by Hydra and later taken in as Peter Parker, lives a double life four years after No Way Home. He remembers enough to know he isn’t really Peter—and that Hydra shaped part of who he is—but not the full truth about his past, including his last name. Struggling to survive, he takes a job at SI purely for the money. At the same time, Spider-Man has become more ruthless, killing criminals instead of stopping them. This puts him on the Avengers’ radar—they begin hunting him down, demanding he unmask and sign the Sokovia Accords. The boy turned, having heard the voice of One For All, and rushed to help.
Eight smiled - a gruesome thing, or so Mirai would say - and looked upon the boy as he spoke in rushed words and curses, reddened eyes going wide with dried tears at the sight of his injury-
And- and all Eight could think at that moment was that everything would be alright.
“Have no fear…” His words weighed heavy in his heart, and he saw the boy’s mouth open in horror as his body convulsed in its death throes-
And with one last surge of One For All…
He sunk his bloody fingers into the boy’s mouth-
And smiled, as he felt the last wisps of his Quirk fade away into the boy – and his life with it.
All Might is dead, and the world doesn't know.
Izuku becomes the Ninth Holder of One For All... and he remains blissfully unaware of this for nearly a year.
He doesn't make it to UA.
He becomes a hero anyways.

Izuku is always been a trouble magnet since he was a young child. At first, his parents thought that must have been his quirk. but when he was diagnosed as quirkless. They became worried, His father decided to attempt to escape the trouble That seemed to keep finding his son in Japan, thinking it was the place not his son. Unfortunately, it only takes a couple of days for his father to quickly realize no matter where they go trouble always follows. in the attempt to save his son, they are constantly on the run. 10 years later he's back in Japan with trouble not too far away. Not to mention, During those 10 years, he somehow became the Boogeyman Of the underworld, known as, Baba Yaga.
