His lips curled as he smelled the coffee from the cup and he went to grab it without moving his chin off the surface of the table. He was constantly grateful for Lance being the way he was. They'd been together for long enough that he knew how Keith liked his coffee. Keith was usually not in a great mood until getting his caffeine, hence why Lance typically didn't interact much until Keith's brain was firing on all cylinders

Summary
Keith strained his legs against the rope keeping him in place. His tears dampened the edges of the ribbon, turning the fabric a darker colour. His face was flushed a pretty pink, the colour extending down his neck and to his heaving chest. Sobs and whines were muffled behind the gag still in his mouth. He looked completely wrecked. Lance couldn’t stop staring.
