Summary

When the Dementors attacked Harry Potter and Dudley Dursley after the Goblet of Fire, Dudley panicked and punched Harry, causing him to lose his wand. In the middle of a Dementors kiss to remove his soul, the Dementor broke the seal between a panicked soul fragment of Voldemort and the magic of Harry Potter. Trapped forever in the moment of its accidental creation, the killing curse used on Harry Potter, the soul fragment enacted the very special killing curse used to create a Horcrux.
