Summary
Right as halftime starts, the teams and audience’s movements are interrupted by the stadium lights turning off and the announcer speaking, “Just in time for half time, here it comes folks, right on schedule. A lunar eclipse and a meteor shower at the same time!”
Within the darkness they were just thrust into, they can just barely make out the field, but when they see a figure run past them down the stands, two friends look to each other before making chase.
An Alternative Ending for the Disney Channel movie Avalon High, where the final confrontation was in front of the entire Football game stadium.

Will struggles with the idea of still loving Mike after he has hurt El. And as the months grow colder, memories arise. Trauma, hurt, guilt, but Will also begins to notice snowballs rolling down the hill. Turning into an avalanche.

Summary
It had been 18 months since Hawkins’ ground had erupted like a curse straight out of hell. 18 months since Max had been in a coma, 18 months since Vecna had gone into hiding, and 18 months since Will truly realized that he had feelings for his best friend, Mike Wheeler. 18 months during which he had to hide his feelings, and with every passing month, this game of concealment grew harder and harder, until it felt as if his heart might burst. On top of that, his feelings weren’t as inconspicuous as he had initially thought. Some people had caught on, and Will knew that if anyone were to find out, it couldn’t be Mike because that would mean the end of their friendship. And that could not happen under any circumstances.
When, after 18 months, something finally happened in the fight against Vecna, Will thought it was the perfect distraction, a way to forget Mike for just that moment. What he hadn’t expected, however, was that Vecna’s shadow would make the light between them burn hotter than ever before.
