Summary

Summary
So despite not necessarily wanting to face Tim Bradford when he’s grumpy and surly and irritated because his rookie is still on medical leave, she steps out of her car, stalks up to the front door, and knocks three times in quick succession.
She expects him to be cranky when he opens the door.
She expects him to tell her he’s fine.
She even expects him to maybe tell her to get lost, because when he’s in deep he doesn’t like having anyone around him to witness his self hatred.
What she does not expect, in any universe, is for Lucy Chen to be the one to open the door while wearing nothing but one of Tim’s t-shirts and what looks like a pair of lacy black panties that do not leave a lot to the imagination.
