    Usopp is an author who, after months of struggling with writer's block, is finally forced by his manager/agent/best friend to take a much needed vacation to a sleepy seaside village to try and find some inspiration. The town is quiet, but full of history, a former military site for some of the most important battles of a civil war nearly a hundred years ago.

    Though he's skeptical that such a retreat might actually help him, Usopp hopes that being surrounded by history might kick start some kind of idea in him. He ends up unearthing much more than that.
