Himiko Toga was never able to fit in.
She stayed on the outside, longingly peering into the glass that separated her from the rest of her peers that she had spent years watching and waiting for someone on the other side to finally notice her.
Katsuki Toga has problems.
That is what is said about him. He's a monster. Another rumour that goes swirling above his head. If people knew the actual reason for the scars he has collected, mostly on his face, maybe they would be kinder or do the kinder thing and ignore him like Himiko.

Buck’s mouth opened.
Eddie got there first. “Because you have to ask someone before you marry them.”

Then he looked at Buck. “Did you ask?”
“No,” Buck said quickly.

Theo groans as if Buck had personally insulted Rapunzel herself.
And Eddie, because he’s an asshole, says, “C’mon, Buck, I’ll even smolder for you.”
“No!” Buck says quickly. “I’ll—I’ll sing. I’ll sing the magic song.”

He leans forward fast, meeting Eddie in the middle and kissing him before he can think enough to convince himself not to. He pulls back just as quick, not even giving himself the chance to catalogue the feeling of Eddie’s lips on his own. Opening his eyes, he spares a look at the other man, and finds nothing but shock.
… He makes things worse.
“Fuck, Eddie I — I’m sorry. I — I’m gonna go.”
