Summary
With her father set on his marriage with Alicent Hightower, Rhaenyra finds herself in need of protecting herself from her future stepmother’s plots for her marriage.
When she runs away to Dragonstone, however, she finds out that the same thing that made her flee the Red Keep in fear of her future might now become her key to freedom.
Helping as best as she can her uncle in the war to the Stepstones, however, she’ll have to fight against countless struggles, not only from the Crabfeder but also from the soldiers that should have been her allies.

Summary
At age eight, Alicent Hightower is forced to abandon her home in Oldtown to become a lady at the court of King’s Landing. Forced to live among those she considers heretics, she does everything in her power to avoid becoming a victim of the court's many sins.
Rhaenyra and Laena find themselves with a new lady-in-waiting who seems to criticize every aspect of their lives and culture. Unable to dismiss her without creating a scandal and determined not to hear another mention of the Seven-Pointed Star book, they have to get creative.

Summary
Ten years after the wedding of Rhaenyra and Daemon Targaryen, the ancestral home of the Targaryen family has been flourishing under the leadership and protection of its Lady Paramount and her steadfast Lord Consort.
The true dragons have thrived without the chains of King's Landing and are joined in the skies by their many hatchlings - children who only know love and support from their large family. They have two grandsires in the form of Ser Harrold and Ser Ben; an uncle to play with in Arthur Arryn; a fun Aunt in Alyssa Targaryen and her chaos twins as cousins; and the grumpy Archmaester Vaegon and kind Rhaella to teach them.
Everything was peaceful... until King Viserys I Targaryen decided to visit Dragonstone in an attempt to bring his family together.

Summary
Luke Skywalker's day began with death, terror, and sand people. Attacked and orphaned, he was taken by the Tusken Raiders to be raised as a slave.
Emperor Anakin Skywalker - known as Darth Vader to very few - was meditating when he felt an unexplainable Force bond snap into place, the other side filled with fear and rage. When he traced it to the source - the one planet he had always refused to step foot on, even as the Emperor - he found an eight year old with a raw Force presence comparable to his own, a familiar appearance, and a name to match. The Galactic Empire would gain an Imperial Prince, and Darth Vader gained a son.
(Padmé and Obi-Wan were too late making it to Mustafar, and Padmé still died, so Vaderkin went on to become the Emperor. 8 years later, a couple years after the death of Sidious, Vaderkin manages to find Luke while Obi-Wan is away).
