Summary
Keeping both wings close to his back, Grian scans the surrounding buildings for anything familiar. Storm gales had tossed him around like an autumn leaf. Sheets of rain reduce visibility to nothing. He has no idea where he ended up. Hard to judge the leap to the next building when he can barely see the next building. He presses on. He has to recognize something eventually. No matter that the city spans more area that Grian cares to know.
His talons slip on wet roof in landing his next leap, costing him his footing to tumble him hard into the cramped stairwell house of the building he's on, body screaming in pain where it's not numb from the cold.

Undetermined time later, a soft ding alerts Grian to the nearby elevator door sliding open. Warm light spills into the hall."Ari?" Comes a high, chattery voice, underlaid with cackling laughter.
A shock through Grian's whole body as the realization of just why that door was so familiar bodies him.
This is Vex's building.
Or:
a sudden, violent storm ravages the city, injuring cuteguy and crashing him into vex's lair. until hotguy's available they have to manage by themselves. after, all three spend time in the lair recovering.Series

Grian's just gotta call Scar to come over to the ConCorp offices, and the plan will be complete.
“Crime?” Scar answers his phone with the cheerful question. Oh good, if he’s bored enough to actually answer his phone on the first call, he’s totally gonna be in.
“Not that kind. But if you get your butt over here, we might be able to nab Mumbo for lunch.” Grian click-clacks with the flicky-switches cube Mr. Fan had forgotten at Grian's desk a while back. He’ll return it. Eventually.
“Mumbo!” Scar’s cheer is muffled by the sound of movement.

Scar and Grian steal Mumbo for a steamy lunchtime rendezvous in the ConCorp meeting room, and afterward Grian has a nice chat with Mr. Fan at the rooftop lounge.Series

Summary
"Grian. Grian. Grian. We have to go." Scar demands. How dare Vex be making cookies without him!
"Have to go where, Scar? In case you hadn't noticed, the whole city saw Hotguy get these." Grian flicks Scar's fluffy feline ear. Scar baps Grian right back. Hotguy's tactics may not have been the most orthodox way of stopping Vex's machine, but they had worked! Mostly. Sort of. Enough!
"I can wear a hoodie come on we need to go now!" Springing out of Grian's lap, Scar hops up onto his newly toe-beaned feet, stretching himself out and admiring his brand new hidey-claws.
Bag, bag, bag- Why does all his stuff have his name on it, Scar can't work like this! He ends up with a generic reusable grocery bag, a replacement he hadn't yet remembered to label. Stuffing his rough idea of what he needs in there, pausing on the mask.
"No. Not there." Grian groans, seeing the Vex mask in Scar’s hand.

Summary
Happy tail syndrome, the official diagnosis. Wagged so hard he managed to sprain his tail. And now, he's been banned from wagging for at least three weeks. If only the stupid thing didn't have a mind of its own. One would think that after dealing with his tail for the over forty years he's been alive- and, occasionally, undead- Skizz would have learned to control his tail. Unfortunately for his current predicament, this assumption is dead wrong. Not undead wrong. Just dead.
"Aww, poor baby. I think I might have an idea to help with that." Pulling Skizz into a hug, Tango first rubs then scritches at Skizz's bare, furry upper arms, coarse hair rustling under his nails.
"Yes please. Whatever you come up with. I trust you, Top."---
Skizz can't keep his injured tail still. Tango helps.

Summary
"Bring him to me.” The lingering wisps of Joel’s voice circle around Impulse’s thoughts, keeping him on track as he stumbles out of Joel’s base. A task he must complete. Giddiness bubbles inside him.
In his periphery his implants flash messages that Joel has told him to ignore. Which makes sense, Impulse is supposed to be happy, and the messages don't make him happy. They try to drag him out of this eager bliss, which is unforgivable. Without them, he's free to allow joy to roll through him unimpeded.
Free to spread that joy to others.
Impulse deeply craves sharing this ecstasy with Skizz.
