Donnie blinked at his counterpart.
He looked rather plain to be a Donatello. Then again it was another universe, anything was possible. Donnie couldn't fault the turtle for his lack of..Well everything.
Or; Donnie and Leo go to the 2012, and the 2012 have to deal with two superpowered, probably insane versions of Leo and Donnie.
Filled with plenty of murder, laughs, more murder, disturbing imagery and Donnie/Leo awesomeness and alternate turtle gawking. Enjoy.

Donnie counted up to seven humanoid machine hybrids. Goosebumps erupted from his skin. Was he hallucinating? Did he hit his head? He was sure he didn't take any drugs before turning on his experiment. "This better not be one of Mikey's movie references."
"My what?"
Donnie jumped at the sound and whirled around. Donnie reached for where he kept his techno bō but stopped as his gaze landed on a pair of turtles. A very familiar yet different bandana caught his attention.
He could have gone with the classic and iconic line from Dorothy's Wizard of Oz, 'Toto, I've a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore'. However, he felt that his situation could not even begin to be summed up by a 1939 movie.
Instead, Donnie opted for the scapegoat. "This is definitely Draxum's fault, he should have warned me about interdimensional travel."
