Granted, art thieves aren't usually Justice League level threats, even internationally wanted ones. However, this Alvin Draper character was in a very suspicious place at a suspicious time. Maybe Batman knows something?
Or, Tim's time abroad comes back to bite him. Too bad he bites back.

Summary
Tim Drake has been running from the same family he once actively sought out. Now he's running out of time, with the increase of heroes and rogues alike in the area, to stay still would be to risk capture. He ends up running into a familiar face after seeking respite for awhile by the Iceberg Lounge. To make a deal with Red Hood, or to risk capture, that's the question Tim must ask himself.

Tim died.
he could still feel it, the way death’s cold breathe lingered under his skin. rotten pieces of wood still embedded in his fingers from when he tried to claw himself out, and his throat still stung from when he took his last breathe. He was buried alive, so why was he still alive?
Maybe it was a blessing that Tim Drake never existed in the new universe he woke up in. Even if in that universe Tim was homeless, the Bats preying on his every move, and freaky white spiders were following him everywhere he went. And there he was thinking his life couldn't get any weirder.
