Summary
Euijoo’s mother had been right. The palace was beautiful but not everyone inside it was kind.
Then Nicholas arrives, the new general of war. He feels like someone who doesn’t quite fit into the careful suffocating world Euijoo is trying to survive in but unexpectedly he finds himself becoming more and more drawn to Nicholas maybe because Nicholas understands everything that Euijoo wished someone had understood from the very beginning.

“I missed you…” Euijoo mumbled, voice wobbly. “But… Nicho fills me up so good…”
The older omega nearly drops the phone at the admission. He didn’t realize what a blabbermouth Euijoo was in his heat.
“I know, baby. He fucks you good, yeah?” Kei chuckles through the speaker. “He should prove it then.”
“Wait, what?” Nicholas blinks.
“Euijoo says you’re taking good care of him and I want to see. So, show me.” the alpha says, the teasing now unmistakable.
Nicholas swallowed hard, pulse pounding in his throat. “Are you sure?”
“If I wasn’t sure, I wouldn’t be asking.”
